Aetna Foundation
The Aetna Foundation seeks to advance care coordination and strong primary care and is committed to the Triple Aim goals of improving health outcomes, enhancing patients' experience, and reducing the per capita cost of health care. As well as providing assistance to future workers in the medical field, that is, students who are studying in medical college and need to find college term papers for sale so our foundation will also help implement such projects.
Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality: Innovations Exchange
The Health Care Innovations Exchange aims to speed the implementation of new and better ways of delivering health care. The Innovations Exchange supports AHRQ 's mission to improve the quality of health care and reduce disparities.

The Amgen Foundation is the corporate giving center for Amgen, a Fortune 500 company specializing in biotechnology. A current focus area for the foundation relevant to workforce transformation for integrated care is Quality of Care and Access for Patients: Patient Empowerment.
Arthur Vining Davis Foundations
The Arthur Vining Davis Foundations are a national philanthropic organization established by the estate of Arthur Vining Davis.
